stuck trying to install from USB

Hi ppl
I burned an img file according to this guide
http://doc.freenas.org/index.php/Burning_an_IMG_File
everything went well and the computer properly booted from the drive.
but instead of the installation window it goes directly into this one

and there isn't much anything I can do from there. I tried setting the network interface manually but it doesn't let me.

thats not installing FROM a USB, that is installed TO the USB.

Following that guide, the system is already installed. nothing else to do here. It would appear that your nic is not being seen by the OS. What kind of NIC is it?
