Storage Pools Degraded ( Help )

Dears,

two of our main pools in the storage became degraded, I have attached a screenshot for the "zpool status -v" command for both pools and also the smart for
the first pool in the text file, we are running " FreeNAS-11.3-U5 "

what can we do ?

It looks to me like you may have lost a port on your HBA/controller or one part of a backplane.

Check power, cabling and consider what may have happened to the path of connection to all of those disks.

I have checked all connections and they are all ok, what could be another possible cause for this, I'm sure its not a problem with the harddrives, as you can see in the attached photos, the whole last Vdev is affected (Degraded) not only one a problem occurs with one drive or more , any other suggestions ? checksum is increasing

What kind of HBA are you using? Can you interrogate the HBA to see what it is showing for connection status and drive list?

Also, it is odd to see a gptid for most drives and then suddenly a daxx for the missing drives. Are they on the same HBA or a different system?

Please give us some more details so we can help.
