Starting Network fails, but only when booting the system

Can someone tell me how to debug this?

I can't get to the Web UI when I reboot the system. I am forced to choose option 1 and redefine the ipv4 address and gateway each time I boot.

This is undoubtedly some quirk that is being caused by your specific hardware. Please give as much detail as possible about your hardware.

You are correct. The problem is related to hardware. When I import one of my hard drives into a pool it somehow breaks the network when booting

The hard drive that is causing the failure is a Samsung model HD155UI

A hard drive is causing networking problems?
Did you look at the forum rules I linked earlier?
The hardware you listed is not detailed at all and does not show the brand or model of the system board.
If you are not going to answer the most basic questions, nobody will be able to help you.
