speed problem

Hy,
I have a big problem of speed.

Here a picture with the speed.
My motherboard is an msi a88xm-e35 v2
My cpu is an amd quad core
and i have put 8go ram.

I don't understand why i have exceed 12mo/s.
when I cut and paste something from my laptop to my FreeNAS,
if I try to change folder in my FreeNAS, it is very very slow.

Please, post your images here rather than linking to external hosts:

What kind of network connection do you have on that laptop? If it's running over WiFi, that could explain the issue.

Check you NIC link speed, that looks a lot like a 100Mbit Ethernet link.
