Space in raidz

Hi,

I have 9x3TB WD Reds in RAIDZ1 configuration.

Why I only see 19.6TiB?

9x3TB = 27TB
27TB = 24.5TiB
4.9TiB used + 19.6TiB free = 24.5TiB

It is also the recommendation that drives larger than 1TB should be configured in RAIDz2 for reliability reasons.
