snmp problem

Hi,

I'm running amd64 FreeNAS 8, and SNMP does not appear to be working.

I go to the SNMP control panel, enter a community string, and start the service. I then snmpwalk from a remote machine:

$ snmpwalk -c community hostname

and get no response.

SSHing into the FreeNAS box, I killed bsnmpd and ran it by hand, as bsnmpd -dD dump,events. I see that bsnmpd is receiving the SNMP query, but can't see anything about why it's not returning a response.

Any suggestions?
