smbd is crashed (Uploading a 40GB file)

SMBD crashes during large file copy.
What should I do?
I feel like it crashes when the amount of memory on the NAS is exceeded.

Jira returns a 505 error when accessed, so error information cannot be attached.

version: TrueNAS-13.0-U4
memory: 32GB ECC
CPU: Ryzen

Oops, forgot to mention. The HDD is assembled with RAID-Z2.

This error is displayed from the software called FastCopy
WriteFile(Semaphore timed out. 121)
