SOLVED SMB write speeds dip down constantly

Hi guys,

I've updated to FreeNAS-11.3-U3.1 and have a problem with the SMB write speeds. Reading from the share is fine.

Transfer speeds look like that:

Hardware:
HP Gen8 Microserver
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E31220L @ 2.20GHz
8GB ECC RAM

Transfer speeds via SFTP are constant.
How to troubleshoot that? With 11.2 there were no issues like that.
Unfortunately I can't go back to 11.2 because I've already upgraded the pool.

This thread on a Windows 10 forum suggest disabling large send offload (LSO) on your NIC driver for both IPv4 and IPv6.

thanks for the suggestion, it did not help but I've tried on my laptop with usb network adapter and there the speeds are fine
strangely with the same adapter on my main machine there is the same problem, I will have to figure it out
