Hello,
Upgraded three systems from 11.2U latest version to 11.3U1. Simple setup for a few users default settings for most settings. Upgraded the pool to the latest as well. The shares I had set are still in place, but after the upgrade could not write or "save" files from windows or mac. I went through many posts trying to figure out ACL's. When I go into one of the systems that the upgrade seems to have worked their are no ACLs to be seen in the GUI. Since these systems are production and have large amount of data on them I am very anxious to have them working so I re-installed 11.3 default on the systems and imported the pools configure the users as per the recommendation and video on the site and still cannot connected to the shares and have no rights. The only way I can connect is by using root account. I am a relatively new to freenas (9.x - with no issues upgrading until now) and have had no success in getting this to work. Any ideas on what I can do. I must get this working or will need to look for another solution quickly. Appreciate any help!

Post "getfacl" output for full path to share. Example:
getfacl /mnt/tank
getfacl /mnt/tank/share

Anodos, thank you! it seems to have fixed the problem. Is there a good book or article to read to understand the commands and usage you would recommend? Thanks
