In /var/log/messages I'm getting a message that says /dev/da3 failed SMART attribute, reallocated sectors. But when I then manually run a SMART test it shows everything is fine on da3 and the RAW value for reallocated sector count is 0.

I even swapped drives to see if it would fix the daily error message and it didn't help at all.

The drive is beginning to get flakey? Can you post the output of zpool status -v / smartctl -a -q noserial /dev/ada3 in code tags..

The drives I have had in the da3 position all seem to be fine. I've taken them back to my desktop and ran long generic tests with the manufacturers software to test them and they passed them all.
