Share folders to different users with different privileges

I need to share 3 folders: Systems, Administration and Sales.


In systems there are the following users with their corresponding privileges:


User1S (Read, Write, Execute)
User2S (Read)
User3S (Read, Write, Execute)


In Administration are the following users

User1A (Read, Write, Execute)
User2A (Read, Write, Execute)
User1S (Read)


In Sales are the following users


User1V (Read, Write, Execute)
User2V (Read)
User1S (Read, Write, Execute)



What I did was create the following groups

** Systems **
In each group their corresponding users are included

Systems-R-W-X: User1S, User3S

R-X-Systems: User2S

** Management **

Administration-R-W-X: User1A, User2A

Administration-R-X: User1S


** Sales **


Sales-R-W-X: User1V, User1S

Sales-R-X: User2V


Therefore, when sharing the file, what I do is add to the group by setting its privileges. That is, for example, the group Sales-R-X can only read, while the group Sales-R-W-X can read and modify. However, it has not worked.

Please, I need help applying the necessary permissions.
