settings changed through the CLI are not written tothe configuration database

Is this a warning to everyone, or just to me.
Whatever I write over shel is not written down also, adding in the docker are saved. Let's say I want to add ffmpeg to Nextcloud but I have to reinstall after each reboot.

It's the normal behavior in TrueNAS Scale.

If you want to add something to a chart it's better for using your own chart or TrueChart https://truecharts.org/
