Setting up openvpn

So my plan is to create a jail and setup openvpn with pia. I only want 2 jails to use the vpn. Will this guide work for 9.3? Anyone have any advice before I proceed? Any tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks! :D

I got it working, but do I have to setup openvpn in each jail separately or can I setup openvpn in its own jail? If so how do I get it to work with other jails?

Think of each jail as its own FreeBSD system. So yes, if each jail needs software, it needs to be installed separately.
