set utc clock

Hi
I want to set the date as UTC, so that the BIOS date to be the same as the date of FreeNAS. how can i do it?

my operating system is freenas 8.2

Bios and unix date should be set to utc. Then TZ ( timezone settings) will add a suitable offset to the clock and form correct local time.

Timezone settings is the key here !
