Samba special characters

Following this guide, I turn on use apple style encoding.
Now special charactors like ":" works for me.

However, when a linux client put some files with charactor "-", it behaviors wired on FreeNAS.

It seems that TrueNAS use `C.UTF-8` instead of `en_US.UTF-8`.
But I didn't find a way to consistently set it after reboot.
