Samba shares with special character break complete creation of smb4.conf

Hello,

i'm natively speaking german and used some special characters in share names (ä,ö,ü..).
I could create the share, but the one itself and all following afterwards in the ui (the old one) did not get created. They never made it into the smb4.conf file. after changing the share name to a sane variation the list of my shares was completly in the config file.

Also in the ui one can't choose dos charset cp 1252 only 1251, but for german language 1252 is advised on many websites.
