Ryzen Ravenridge Frequency are maximum....

my freenas System is

Ryzen 2400G, 16GB ram, B450 Aorus M, 1 nvme ssd, 6*WD 10TB white Raid z2

and I turn on cool n quiet, enable global c state

but cpu frequency was not changed always on 3600Mhz..

I don`t know how to solve this problem....

when I type on shell powerd -v clock was change little bit but soon return to 3600Mhz.

It`s only way bios downclocking?

I want when system idle state -> idle clock.
but always on 3.6Ghz. be fixed...
