today I install my first FreeNAS (9.3.1 stable)
My task is to copy with RSYNC from a Windows Server to my NAS. The Windows server uses Backup Assist, which provides RSYNC. I want an extra share, where only the backup user has access.
Q1:
I create a user (BackupUser). Which auxiliary groups I need for RSYNC?
Q2:
Which kind of shares I need? Windows share?
Q3:
In service I found the option to start RSYNC. I have done it, but what is the RSYNC module?
Q4:
In Backup Assist, there is a user and password option. It is the backupUser with password?
I hope, that somebody can give me a little bit help.
