Replicate from A to B and from B to C

I have my primary system behind a slow internet-connection and two systems inside a fast local-network, which act as backups.

A -> slow internet -> (fast Network containing B and C)

Can I set up replication from A to B and from B to C? Since there is no periodic snapshot task on B, how can the replication be triggered?

Can you please provide details as to the hardware and more information as to how the topology is configured? And as far as I've learned, replication should be hub and spoke (one to many, AtoB, AtoC, AtoD etc.) and not branch (A to B to C to D etc.) I could be mistaken. I have a thread about multiple replication tasks that we can't seem to get anywhere on.
