Replacing certificates manually (no API)

I was following this until I got to the "and contain your FreeNAS root password" part. Not happening in my environment. API keys seem to be only for root, as root is the only user that can log into the web UI.

Is there information on manually replacing the certificate(s)?

Sure, manually upload them through the web GUI. The docs have instructions.
