I recently had a motherboard failure and had to replace it with a new mobo. My freenas system has now been up and running for a couple weeks, however I keep getting these alerts through the web console:

This happens once or twice a week. When I go into the command line and do a zpool status I get the following output:
If I do a status clear the status goes back to normal and stays that way for several days. Any idea what's going on here?

This happens once or twice a week. When I go into the command line and do a zpool status I get the following output:
Code:
[jt@freenas] /> zpool status
  pool: freenas
 state: ONLINE
status: One or more devices has experienced an unrecoverable error. An
attempt was made to correct the error. Applications are unaffected.
action: Determine if the device needs to be replaced, and clear the errors
using 'zpool clear' or replace the device with 'zpool replace'.
