recovery of deleted folder (mount_nullfs)

Hello,

I used the following command to mount a folder within another folder:
mount_nullfs -o r,nosymfollow /mnt/FreeNAS/Media/ /mnt/FreeNAS/Exchange/sftp/dejhost/sftpdir/media/

Without thinking about the consequences, I deleted the folder /mnt/FreeNAS/Exchange/sftp/dejhost using the command rm -R /mnt/FreeNAS/Exchange/sftp/dejhost
As a consequence, the folder /mnt/FreeNAS/Media/ is now empty.

Anyway to recover the lost files? What chances of success if I would use snapshots?

I am running FreeNAS-11.1-U1. Any help much appreciated.

If you have a snapshot available, you can roll it back to recover. If not, then you need to recover from backup.
