Recommendations FreeBSD book(s) for iperf and scripting?

Hi All,

I am looking for recommendations for someone who has used a lot of Windows, VMware and some Linux over the years... I need to get up to speed on scripting and testing.

For starters I need to spawn 4 instances of iperf on 4 different interfaces. I see I can put iperf in deamon mode and have it log to a file. On the other FreeNAS box I need to be able to start the client and have it run in the background. I assume the logging happens on the server side.

Nope, but I have been busy with a lot of other projects. :-(
