Qlogic QLE8142 with FreeNAS?

Will Qlogic QLE8142 adapters work with FreeNAS?

We have used QLE2462 and QLE2562 adapters with success in the past.

I never used those, but for the last year FreeNAS kernel includes qlxge(4) driver, which supposed to support QLogic 8100 series NICs, and qlxgb(4) drives, which supposed to support QLogic 3200/8200 series NICs.

Can anyone else comment on this. Hate to purchase the QLogic 8142 and find out it will not work.
