Proxy settings dont work

Hello, i use a extrnal proxy for http and ftp.
parameter in gui

• Network
• Global Configuration

is http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080.
app install, wget in console or update search dont worked with proxy?

wget should work with proxies, you just have to tell it to use them.

ah sorry ok. its normal. I thought the settings are global.
what instal with updates and plugins? Available Plugins is visible.
after clicking on install displayed many minutes
