Problem with FTP access after 11.1 Upgrade

Hi all, need help with FTP connection after 11.1 Release Upgrade.
Before the upgrade, I've always used filezilla to access FTP my FN, from internal lan (port 21) and it always worked like a charm...
after upgrade now it doesn't work any more and i get this message in the log
