prevent user to copy-paste in there local drive from TrueNAS server

I have created TrueNAS server. I want to give read only access to users e.g. user can just read the content but they can not download or copy paste in their local drive. Is there any way to do this? This is really helpful.

No. That's not really possible without using a service like Office365, conditional access and DLP (data leakage prevention).

Essentially, once you allow a user to have a copy of the file to read, the client software can do what it wants with that copy.

Nextcloud was hinting at a feature like that, but it turned out to be such a joke that they killed it.
