Post upgrade issues

I upgraded to 9.1 via the GUI and since then I haven't been able to start plugins(old ones or new ones that I just installed, plex etc) or connect to the NAS via my network share over windows.

Is there some config I need to change/update after the upgrade that I missed?

For old jails you have to execute the migrate jail script: http://doc.freenas.org/index.php/Migrating_an_8.x_Jail

Your network configuration shouldn't be affected by an upgrade, maybe except if it pointed to folders in the jail? Not quite sure, since I'm not using jails personally.

ya I think im just going to remove all that stuff. I'm not even worried about that part really, its more that I cant even access the box through windows network(going into the shared folders etc). Because thats not a plugin.
