Hey everyone,

I am looking for some help, as I have 8x Seagate Exos x18 18TB drives running in RAIDz2, with only getting a peak write speed of 130-140 MB/s over a 10Gbe SMB connection. Any pointers?

Build:
TrueNAS 13.0-U4

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition
MOBO: Asus Sabertooth 990FX ATX
RAM: 4x8GB kit of DDR3 32GB RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws X
HBA: IBM M5110 in IT mode
Network card: Akitio 10G/NBASE-T PCIe Network Card

DRIVES:
8x Seagate Exos x18 18TB HDD (Raidz2 pool)
1x Crucial MX500 250GB SSD (this is boot drive)
1x Crucial MX500 1TB SSD (Cache Drive)
1x Adata SU650 128GB SSD (Log)

Network card: Akitio 10G/NBASE-T PCIe Network Card

From https://www.akitio.com/adapters/10g-pcie-network-card:
This PCIe host card is based on the Aquantia AQtion AQC107s controller

The driver for the AQC107s is included in TrueNAS only as a convenience for testing. It's not even an alpha quality driver; it's a developer preview which is in no way suitable for a production system. Get yourself a fiber Intel or Chelsio 10G NIC.

According to https://github.com/Aquantia/aqtion-freebsd, this driver is only at version 0.0.5, and doesn't have any official releases yet for FreeBSD, upon which TrueNAS Core is based. There've been no source code commits since 1/19/2022.
