helloo,
I'm new one in FreeNAS.
Created VM w10pro, with Ultra and realvnc video comes to big gray pixels over mouse.
With tight-vnc seems all right, but, when scrolling in webpage - video hashing, like working without video-card drivers.
I can't find something like video GPU share or smth. :(

If using Windows as a client to access a Windows VM, i find using regular Windows RDP to have the best video quality.

Not trying to pad my post count, but i forgot to mention that using RDP has the benefit of audio included. Not useful for everyone, but i use my VM as Plex server so its nice to test files i've added to ensure they work properly.

1)First thing i do is set a static IP address for the VM. Can do this using most routers or go into the windowsVM https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/19249/how-to-assign-a-static-ip-address-in-xp-vista-or-windows-7/
2)Second use these instructions to allow remote desktop https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028379/windows-how-to-use-remote-desktop . In the VM (remote) use steps 1-4,
on your client (local) machine use step 5. Step 5 tells you to type in the name of your remoteVM to connect, but i like using the IP address you setup in step 1. Either should work.

I dont know about Skype, even though you are running a windows VM, you are still running it on Bhyve FreeBSD and i dont think all those devices passthrough.
