Pool status unhealthy

Hello guy,
I saw recently that my pool status became unhealthy. I new with TrueNas. How can I check the reason for it?

From the GUI left menu bar, select Storage > Pools > Right-had gera symbol > Status (see attached screen shot FYI0. Alternatively, from the left had menu bar, select Shell then trype "zpool status" without the quotes. Hope this helps.
