Plex media permission [Solved]

Hi guys and good evenig ,
I would have a little problem with plex , and I can not set permissions for transcoding
The dataset is in my mirror media , and I mounted the storage under /media in pms jail
I think is a permission problem , but reading the post by joshua I still can not solve...... I'm doing something wrong for sure
Could someone please help me out ??
