Placing old disk back

Dear all,

please help me! :(

today i whan`t to replace my old 160gb hdd with a 250gb hdd. for you info i have 2 Z pools 1 with 8 250gb hdd`s and 1 pool with 8 160gb hdd`s they both brings me on 1 big volume..

now i go to volume status into freenas 9 and click on replace disk on the disk i want to replace and replace the disk with a 250gb hdd.. and the go back to freenas and push replace disk.. it whas not possible because of the different bit rate of the disk..

now i placing back the old 160gb hdd and try to click on replace but now it give me the error:
Error: Disk replacement failed: "invalid vdev specification, use '-f' to override the following errors:, /dev/gptid/4daf5876-43c6-11e3-b4f0-782bcba18aa8 is part of active pool 'Volume1', "

how can i get my volume back :(

already try a reboot but still the same
