Permission syncthing...

Sorry for posting question about this again, I have read like 3 topics on this in this forum already...

But I cant seem to get my permissions to work as they should...

What am I doing wrong here, as far as I can see it should work...

Yes, I changed the owner (user) to syncthing, using the storage menu, as you can see above the owner group is "syncthing", but the owner user is "root", so when that was changed it all worked as expected.
