PCIe-16x extension cable question

Does anyone know of PCIe extension cable that does not have any pins combined on the connector?

I want to relocate a non-standard PCI header and tried a thermaltake cable but the system was not happy.

For a proprietary connector, you're best off contacting Dell. This thread on a Dell board may help.
