Notes/Description in Active Volumes

It may seem like a small/simple request, but it would be nice to have a column for notes in the Active Volumes screen -- this would allow us to add comments about which drives (like which external cage or slot) are in each volume, or when it was created, etc.

I like the idea of a note for physical location in the enclosure.
