SOLVED No System shutdown

Buonasera a tutti!

I have a problem with my system, with the last 3 release of 9.10-stable, when I try to shutdown my system (from GUI, Cron, SSH, Web Shell, from EVERYWHERE) it show the correct procedure but after some second of black screen it restart immediately, there's no led turning off, like restarting procedure... I must to try 2, 3 times before it go to sleep!
The strange is that sometimes it going immediately off, other times I need to try at least 2, other times more than 3...

Somebody can help me? [emoji24]

You have solved my problem... It was a function for the AC lossy, i don't know why but the shutdown command was interpreted in this way! :/
