No Dashboard in Freenas-11.3-U3.1 (with hotfix 21 may) if encrypted pool not unlocked.

Hi, just for information.

I have a encrypted pool on one of my FreeNAS-11.3-U3.1 (with hotfix 21 May for SMB-startup-bug) on one of 3 servers.

The one with an encrypted disk does NOT show any data on the Dashboard until I have unlocked the encrypted volume.
