NFS problems to backup larger VM images

Hi,
having problems to backup larger VM images (+200GB) to FreeNAS-11.3-U2 , backup software says "Error: HTTP request has been canceled".

NFS mount is thru routers which is stupid, but our backup software only uses NFS so this have to be done.

Network provider has been testing connection between these and just couple of packets lost in the way, doesn't clarify these 30sec timeouts.

Thats why im wondering maybe it is FreeNAS that is dropping connections.

Any help what log to look or what might be problem ?
