NFS : preserving UID / GID

Hello,

I have setup a freenas system with NFS mount points to various other system.
I plan to use It for backup purposes using rsnapshot

While doing the snapshots, rsnapshots tries to preserve the owner of the files using a "chown" command which returns an error.

My simple questions is :

How can I preserve the file ownership or allow this "chow" command to be passed ?
or in other word : can I have NFS shares which will allow files to be owned by "any" users / group ?
