Hi all,
I installed the TureNAS on an ESXi server and I would like to set up NextCloud on the TureNAS. The TureNAS have two network interfaces that are attached to different networks (Internal 10.10.1.0/24 "VMX0" and external networks 27.20.1.0/24 "VMX1"). I want TureNAS to sit on the Internal network with the Active Directory connected for data storage and the NextCloud to sit on the external network that faces the Internet (pfsense installed as a router)
I want to install Nextcloud on the external network interface "VMX1" with the static IP address (27.20.1.7/32). I have tried many combinations of network settings. The TureNAS doesn't seem to like it. I do not want any VLAN and IPv6 on the Nextcloud. Could someone help me out? If VLAN and IPv6 are a must, what should I do to get the IP 27.20.1.7 to talk to other devices on the 27.20.1.0/24?
