Newly added AD group not showing up in WebUI Dataset permissions

I'm on TrueNAS 12.0-U5

I've added a new group to my AD named "TAgroup".

But it's not showing up under the dataset permissions dropdown menu, however the other groups are.

I've tried the "Rebuild Directory Service Cache" button.

I can see the group with wbinfo -g

But I can't see the group with getent group

Any suggestion on how to get the group to show up in the drop-down menu?

What idmap backend are you using? Those IDs seem low.

Thanks for the heads up. Our IDs were inherited when we migrated from Samba 3 to 4 years ago. But I realized the ID for the new groups wasn't set. After adding the ID & rebuilding the cache, everything worked again.

Mismatch between what you see in `wbinfo` and `getent` output almost always points to an idmapping issue (either ID not assigned, range wrong, backend wrong).

i got a problem that is any one of group doesn't show up in webui.
