Newbee: Help on how to install Plex 0.9.10+ for X1 step by step guide

Dear All

I am newbee on this thing and have no idea where to begin, anyone please help me to describe me step by step how to install plex version 0.9.10+ so I can enjoy plex on xbox one.

I do not know how to upload package first and how to install so please help me on this to get started.

FYI: For test reason I have install FreeNAS on VirtualBox, if everything goes fine and I am able to connect Plex on Xbox One then i'll build simple dedicated NAS for home.

Update: I have installed basic PLEx which comes with FreeNAS i think 0.9.9+ version. But I would like to update to 0.9.10+ which is supported by Xbox One 1 plex.
