Hi!

Using FreeNAS-9.2.1.3-RELEASE-x64

I configured a new replication task with the option "Initialize remote side for once. (May cause data loss on remote side!)" and I keep getting this error:

Code:
May 28 17:52:01 freenas autorepl.py: [tools.autorepl:291] Destroying remote Backup/Replication
May 28 17:52:01 freenas autorepl.py: [common.pipesubr:72] Executing: /usr/bin/ssh -c arcfour256,arcfour128,blowfish-cbc,aes128-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes256-ctr -i /data/ssh/replication -o BatchMode=yes -o StrictHostKeyChecking=yes -o ConnectTimeout=7 -p 22 localhost /sbin/zfs destroy -rRf Backup/Replication
May 28 17:52:01 freenas common.pipesubr: cannot open 'Backup/Replication': dataset does not exist

First the script destroys the dataset that I had created.
Then it says it does not exist...

Any idea what's going on?

Replication is flawed in 9.2.1.3. Id recommend upgrading.

However to fix your current issue, uncheck the clear remote side in the replication task then create the dataset on the remote side again and run.

Oh god... That was it... I upgraded and it fixed everything!
I tried so many different things to make it work... I ended up completely destroying all the volumes and rebuilding from scratch and it still wouldn't work.

But with the update, all is good.

THANKS!
