Network Diary

I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to how I could create a network diary for my small business using the following.

3 Windows computers and a Proliant NAs running the latest version of FreeNAS.

Ideally I want all users of the network to be able to open, look at and make changes to the diary which could be seen by all users.

Any ideas?
