Netdata missing?

Any plans to bring Netdata to TrueNAS 12?

I see the company updated their documentation, excluding 12-RELEASE:

On FreeNAS-Corral-RELEASE (>=10.0.3 and <11.3), Netdata is pre-installed.

Oh my god! They should really update that documentation. FreeNAS Corral is (unfortunately) dead.

Netdata was removed in 11.3 because of a (IIRC) memory leak and a lack of resources on iX' side. There is a community plugin, but a service collecting metrics should really run on the host and not in a jail.

There is collectd integrated in 11.3 and TN 12.0. It is pretty simple to set up InfluxDB and Grafana to draw fancy pictures from the data collectd sends. The visualisation part can of course run in a jail and there is even a Grafana plugin, although I have not tried it but rolled my own jail.
