It isn't possible. Or at least, it isn't a good idea. At all. FreeNAS is an appliance and should be treated like one; any extra software you want should go in a jail.

To expound: FreeBSD is like Windows and most Linux distributions in that it's a "general purpose operating system" designed to run a wide range of applications/services. As such, those operating systems have a lot of infrastructure and components that allow for that wide range of functionality.

FreeNAS starts with FreeBSD (a general purpose operating system) and strips out everything that it doesn't need to fulfill it's designed role as a NAS. This keeps it as simple/stable and possible, but also strips out the general purpose capabilities it used to have as a complete FreeBSD distribution.

Attempting to use it as a general purpose operating system is a mistake. Such attempts should be done within a jail.

If its possible I prefer installing it on freenas. Not in a Jail
This doesn't make sense. In a jail is on freenas. The jail isn't a VM.
