MSI K9A2 Platinum RAID problems

I am having some problems getting my FREENAS 8.02 system working with all 6 of my SATA drives. I am using a MSI K9A2 Platinum motherboard. When I enable the 2 RAID SATA ports in the BIOS I can set them to RAID or IDE "mode". No matter what I set them to the system just reboots after loading the BIOS when it gets to the FreeNAS F1 screen.
