Motioneye can't install

Hi. I have a problem installing motioneye.
I get the following error:

Error: motioneye had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: pkg error: - py37-pip : Refusing to fetch artifact and run post_install.sh! Partial plugin destroyed

I was able to successfully install Plex and Zoneminder, so I think the problem is with the motioneye plugin.
