Monitor replication tasks using Nagios

Hi,
I was wondering what the CLI equivalent to the Storage / Replication Tasks / View Replication Tasks page is since I want to monitor the replication status from a nagios-plugin.

EDIT: also like to monitor the Alert System as well using a plugin/script if possible.
